One of the most challenging task of instructors is how to evaluate students' learning. Thailand Higher Education Commission set up 5 criteria of students' developments; knowledge, moral, intellectual, relationship, and IT. The training conducted at Khon Khaen University was to identify key items to evaluate students' development.
